Shipper required payment up front and failed to deliver one box completely. I paid an additional $140 to have it returned to a neighbor in Beijing. Several items were supposed to be packed but weren’t, which meant she overcharged me for insurance. When I filed a claim for items missing from boxes she refused to comment. Eventually, after I threatened to get an attorney, she refunded the insurance fee only, stating that the insurance refused claim. So, I lost several hundreds of dollars from the shipment, but she only refunded $131, which was the amount I paid for insurance. I’m still missing several hundreds of dollars of goods and I’m pretty sure they aren’t actually insured. I wish I’d been able to find out more about them before all of this happened. Bottom line: DO NOT USE!!
