We are FIDI member and FAIM Certified (Shanghai office). The FAIM Quality Certification program is the only independently audited (currently by E&Y) certification program for the international moving and relocation industry. If a company holds the FAIM Certification, it means that they are compliant with strict, industry-specific requirements.

    What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

    Valued inventory, you will provide one valued inventory for all items in your shipment, NO Deduct! Option 2 Lump sum Price, a minimum rate per cubic meter will be used to value your shipment, meanwhile, any single items which value is more than USD4,350.00 must be listed and added to the total value, NO deduct! With our international move, we provide free charge for extra insurance for:  Pairs and set  Electric and mechanical derangement  Mold and mildew  Storage insurance up to 180days

    What is the best advice you would give to customers?

    Prepare dates ahead (at least one month) Check and justify possible additional charges Asking for different scenarios (Pro-rated quotation with different volume extra) Asking for as many as possible questions about how goods are protected and handled Asking for who is destination partner and check for their quality (FAIM certification, e.g.,) Read insurance policy, check on additional premium such as storage, mold, electric and mechanical etc.

    The packing process in China was very structured and well planed. Everything was well protected and then moved to the transfer company by truck. From that point (end of August 2025) it took until middle of February 2026 to bring my goods to Germany. The journey was long by ship, but at the end went well. All things were delivered to my 2. floor apartment. So, I guess if you have time issues with your goods, you should choose air transport instead of ship. Should be faster, but for me it was acceptable to wait so long.

    AMR handled the move in a very efficient, quick and professional way, from the site visit with the first estimation to appointment scheduling, final packing event and shipping. Workers were tidy, team lead was very professional. Special thanks to the manager [Name removed by Sirelo], who was very responsive and organised everything perfectly including storage organisation at target destination and helped greatly with the involved insurance company. Big thumbs up to the whole AMR team. Great job, highly recommended!!!

    Had a very pleasant experience from start to end with AMR and its consultant[Name removed by Sirelo]. We oved during a difficult period with lockdowns in Shanghai but [Name removed by Sirelo] facilitated everything during this difficult period and ensured our container was delivered on time in Singapore.

    I would highly recommend AMR to people looking to relocate.
