>>i have my big doubt that some positive reports in this platform are real and not a fake.
i post already a review before about my experiance with trustmover. then they promissed me to solve the problems and i should withdraw my negative report. but they did hold their promisse.
so now my experiance with 'trustmover' is very very bad. they did not present me the original document from the custom. i sign a contract for 'door to door service ' but they ask a additional deposit of 15000 yuan for import tax in china. but i learn that i do not need to pay import tax since its my first time as a foreigner to import houshold goods into china. trustmover only present me a simple plain paper with some numbers on it that i have to pay additional to my already paid fee for shipping. and they present me for 2 times different note with saying 'sorry we make a mistake'. i lost my trust to this company completely and i need to ask now the help from a lawyer and bring this case to the court.
its very strange where my deposit of 15000 yuan was going.
