221. they quoted low, actual fee is 30% more because they packed very loosely, so they'll ask much more than quote, and you will have no choice then.
2. they didn't go through the short strait route, instead they chose to go a cheaper route without telling customer, I found out when my shipping got stranded in Singapore for 2 more months, in very hot weather, damaged my goods as well as delayed my shipment for 2 more months.
3. they used super cheap local mover, paid them only USD 200, these mover didn't unpack my boxed as written in my contract with YooHoo. The local shipping handler is a lier. At the end, I don't know if YooHoo paid them enough or not, but they wouldnot unpack my over 200 boxes. Because I already paid Yoohoo for full amount, Yoohoo didn't do anything to help me. It was a disaster to unbox and move everything and dispose 200 empty boxes myself.
