Hello, I have very good feedback to share about my moving. [Name removed by Sirelo] took care of my moving and everything was smooth and professional. I listed my personal goods I wanted to move and the staff came to my home on time to pack and carry everything. I had nothing to do, i just put everything in the middle of my living room and they packed with their own material. I recommend Irene’s contact on every WeChat groups I have . It took 3-4 weeks to arrive home while they predicted about 5-6 weeks so very good surprised. The boxes arrived in very good condition.

Last fall, on the recommendation of my British friend, [Name removed by Sirelo] and I added wechat. I was worrying about a lot of my daughter's luggage at the time. Because she just graduated from Art College in London. In addition to clothes, shoes and so on there is a large portfolio. Rita was very enthusiastic and gave us very professional and detailed instructions in a timely manner. Her response was always very positive and polite. With the enthusiastic help of [Name removed by Sirelo]. My daughter's luggage arrived in Beijing in good condition. Initial contact was with [Names removed by Sirelo] . They were both incredibly professional and helpful. the team in Shanghai were so efficient and hard working. They did a wonderful job of packing, nothing was damaged or missing. In France , the clearance is quick , he boxes were ticked off and unpacked quickly. They were happy to have a chat and laugh and went above and beyond for me during the unpacking. All the workers I encountered were kind, patient, hardworking and showed the utmost professionalism. The entire process was easy and hassle free, We will be using YooHoo Moving gain in the future and will also recommend to friends.

Excellent experience and the sales rep is very responsive. Price for sea shipping is great compared to other companies I contacted. Also, shipment arrived much faster than expected. I was a bit hesitant to send my valuables via ship, but Yoo-Hoo repackaged everything to make sure my boxes were secure. Everything arrived in the same condition as when I shipped it. So, overall fantastic experience, and I will definitely use the service again if needed.

a super bad experience from China to US.
1. they quoted low, actual fee is 30% more because they packed very loosely, so they'll ask much more than quote, and you will have no choice then.
2. they didn't go through the short strait route, instead they chose to go a cheaper route without telling customer, I found out when my shipping got stranded in Singapore for 2 more months, in very hot weather, damaged my goods as well as delayed my shipment for 2 more months.
3. they used super cheap local mover, paid them only USD 200, these mover didn't unpack my boxed as written in my contract with YooHoo. The local shipping handler is a lier. At the end, I don't know if YooHoo paid them enough or not, but they wouldnot unpack my over 200 boxes. Because I already paid Yoohoo for full amount, Yoohoo didn't do anything to help me. It was a disaster to unbox and move everything and dispose 200 empty boxes myself.
