The contract included, besides the shipping, the unloading from the lorry, unpacking, and disposal of the packing material at the destination. This was not provided. A truck came with a shipping container - that's it. The driver and co-driver didn't speak a word English. I had to organize on the spot, immediately a team to do the job and pay them. Clear breach of contract, which they blamed on their Filipino sub-contractor. This issue was left unsettled.
Various expenses, for example, fines for late return of empty shipping containers, and others such as a serious cost increase after packaging and picking up the move goods led to an unreasonable cost increase. Instead of the SGD7.500 in the contract, the move was in the end approximately SGD20.000. I had no choice than to pay. Otherwise, I would face more delays and fines at the port. I still wait for refund of various cost and compensation for services not delivered, and a deposit paid in Philippines. Trust Movers are silent.
Communication and planning have been very bad. I was assigned a very junior relationship staff in the beginning until a manager got involved himself. I had to coordinate personally with their sub-contractors to get things going till the end. There was also nobody sent to do a viewing of the items to be moved to do a proper cost estimation.Read more

⚠️ Warning – Do NOT trust this moving company
Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise against using this moving company. The entire process took over four months and was chaotic, poorly managed, and extremely frustrating.
From the very beginning, the company was not transparent about costs. The contract included only basic fees, while many additional charges appeared later. Practically every step required extra payments, which were never clearly explained upfront. This feels intentionally misleading.
The process itself was made unnecessarily complicated, and customer support was weak and ineffective. Many issues had to be solved by myself, and in several cases I had to push or repeatedly demand action from the company instead of receiving proactive help.
🚨 The most serious issue: NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT
The worst part is their handling of money:
They demand payment as quickly as possible at every stage.
However, when it comes to refunding part of the deposit, they have failed to do so for over two months. Still no refound.
Instead of returning the full amount, they transfer small sums (around 100 RMB) every few weeks, which looks like deliberate delaying.
This behavior raises serious concerns about their financial stability and reliability.
Additionally:
You are flooded with advertisements almost daily.
There is no internal communication within the company.
Different people contact you from multiple accounts, asking the same questions or providing contradictory information.

This company is not trustworthy. The lack of transparency, constant additional costs, poor communication, and—most importantly—the failure to return money make them a very risky choice.

I wish I could give infinite zeroes to this horrible company who is defying what is a scam. When I tried to get a quote from them, they appeared to be very friendly and helpful. However, I became suspicious because they continuously pushing me hard to put down a deposit even before I agreed to hire them. I tried to convince myself that the economy is doing badly and they were just eager to earn my business. The moment I signed the contract and put down 20% percent deposit, things turned to the opposite. They first came up with some ridiculous excuses that my shipment is facing regulatory difficulties and I had to pay significantly more. When this happened, my old suspicious came back and I decided not to ship with them anymore. When I told them I no longer want to ship and requested for a refund (no service had been rendered at this point except some group chats), they put their so called legal person in the group chat. This person continuously sending me hundreds of nasty and threatening messages 2am in the morning. Obviously, they have no plans to pay back my 20% deposit and even threaten to suit me and charging me from never used packing materials, so called “getting permits” fees, shipping insurance which I never agreed to purchase because the packing didn’t even take place. Now I have to engage my attorney to fight off this scam company. Things are getting so bad and my attorney suggests to seek help from the police. This is the worst ever experience I had with any service providers. I don’t even know how this type of company who cheats the customers could even be listed on sirelo.org website. I wish anyone to stay away from Trust Mover for as far as you could.Read more

3.You don't cooperate to submit documents and do customs inspection before loading into plane, it is very dangerous for all peoples on the plane.
4. You said our boss disturb you is wrong words, our boss is busy on all business in this peak season and not have time talk with you, why you cheat to others?!
5. We bought insurance and required packing materials after getting your confirmation. You cheat this one as well.
We will also take you to court for all your slander.
